Participation framework
Concepts can be proposed freely. A proposal does not obligate either party to act and does not by itself create joint ownership. Collaboration and shared IP require an applicable written agreement. If no collaboration agreement exists, Change Collaboration may independently evaluate or pursue an opportunity and retains its pre-existing IP and independently created work.
When a contributor is invited to participate, the record will identify the requested action and a defined response window. Interest alone does not complete that action.
An expression of interest creates an opportunity to participate. Completed contribution establishes participation. Neither, by itself, establishes ownership.
